Specific deliverables (number of posts, subreddits covered, duration) depend on the plan you select (Starter / Pro / Growth), as described on our pricing page.
To deliver services effectively, you agree to provide accurate information about your product, brand, and target audience at the time of subscription. Incomplete or misleading information may delay service delivery or affect results.
Service delivery timelines are as specified in your chosen plan. Delays caused by incomplete client information, platform restrictions, or subreddit moderation policies are outside our control and will be communicated promptly.
While we apply best practices for Reddit marketing, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, follower counts, upvotes, or rankings, as these depend on multiple factors including subreddit rules, audience response, and market conditions.
We conduct all activity in accordance with Reddit's platform policies and individual subreddit rules. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if a client's requests would require actions that violate Reddit's terms of service.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we're committed to delivering quality work as scoped, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseen losses (such as business, revenue, or reputational impact) that may result from factors outside our control, including platform behavior, audience response, or market conditions.
