This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Reddit marketing services purchased through ritikachauhan.xyz/redditmarketing.
Cancellation
This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Each plan covers a fixed scope of work as described on the pricing page.
You may request cancellation only before any work has started (i.e., before content strategy, posting, or outreach has begun on your account), by contacting us at ritikaachauhan21@gmail.com. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
Once work has started, the order is final and not eligible for cancellation or refund, except under the circumstances listed below.
Refunds
We offer a full refund under the following circumstances:
After our onboarding review/kickoff call, we determine that your product, brand, or niche is not a good fit for Reddit marketing (e.g., lack of relevant subreddit communities, platform restrictions, or compliance concerns).
Payment was made in error or duplicate charges occurred.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with results after the agreed number of posts/deliverables has been completed and delivered as scoped.*
Change of mind after work has meaningfully progressed (partial refund may apply, evaluated case-by-case).
*Reddit marketing is a gradual, long-term process. Precise and desirable results may not be visible within the first month and often build over a longer period. This is not grounds for a refund once deliverables have been completed as scoped.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI/card/bank account used at checkout) via Razorpay.
How to Request a Refund
Email ritikaachauhan21@gmail.com with your order/payment reference and reason for the refund request. Response usually takes 2 business days.
